Specializes in providing clinical home-based psychological services to families, agencies and organizations serving children with severe and multisensory disabilities, researches affected populations, including children with metabolic and trauma-induced disorders. Provides training and technical assistance to childcare agencies; conducts multi-level developmental psychological assessments for children and youth from infancy to early adulthood. Develops computer-generated audio-video products related to child development and parenting skills

Staff Development Specialist, Division of Education and Training, New York State Department of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities, Albany, NY; Developed infant-preschool services for children with multiple handicaps in day care, residential care, state schools, and institutions. Authored special education curriculum and training guides; authored DDA & HEW grants establishing schools for developmentally delayed and multiply handicapped young children.
1969 - 1972
Director, Infant Stimulation-Family Life Education Project, Trinity Institution, Albany, NY. Pioneered and researched the first home-based infant-parent education model in the Hudson Valley region of New York State; trained paraprofessional home-visitors to conduct infant-parent education, obtained funding, conducted evaluation and replicated the model in other areas of New York State.
